Our mission at Inner Swan Aesthetics is to help make this decision and process easy for you! Our small Medical Spa is locally owned and operated by Melissa Magyar, an experienced Registered Nurse who has been working in aesthetic medicine since 2008.

Your appointments are very important to our team at Inner Swan Aesthetics. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. (Please note that we are closed on Sundays.) Please understand that when you cancel or attempt to reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive our services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you please contact us via phone at 651-295-7695. In the event that we do not receive the required 24 hours notice for adjustments and cancellations the following actions will be taken:

FIRST OFFENSE: We will waive our $100 fee, and kindly remind you of our Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy.

ALL FUTURE OFFENSES: You will be charged $100.

NO SHOWS: This will not be tolerated. You will be charged $100.

As a courtesy, we will send out an email to remind you of your upcoming appointment 48 hours prior, however, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file.
